Hi lovelies! So I completely hit a wall this week. I couldn’t think of what to write about for today’s #wellnesswednesday, mainly because I think I haven’t been in such a good and positive mood as I know I could be. You know, just one of those weeks I guess.
I didn’t want to not post anything today, and I’ve been trying to get out of my mini funk, so I started thinking of all the things that I do when I’m really trying to lift my spirits.
Lately going to the gym has been helping a ton, but if there’s one thing I love is encouraging words. I mean who doesn’t, right? We all need that little boost sometimes. I love that I’m surrounded by strong and uplifting people who always know what to say.
With that being said, I know there’s days when I don’t necessarily want to talk about it and neither might you, which is totally ok! So, one of my favorite things to do (oddly enough) is hop on Pintrest and search postive or inspirational/motivational quotes. Before you think I’m a weirdo hear me out, lol quotes sometimes help me say what I can’t. I especially love historial quotes. Quotes that were once said by strong and determined people give me the chills! They’re that fulfillling and rewarding to me because they just hit that spot I’m so desperstely needing to fill. Whether I’m upset or angry or feeling sassy or happy, good quotes are just necessary in my opinion.
I figured that if you’re having a bit of a stressful day or days, need some cheering up, or just that boost of confidence and energy then this would be the post for you.
